DESCRIPTION
Used typically in preparation of traditional Apulian cuisine. The sun-kissed tomatoes, dried by the heat of the sun, seasoned with the scents of the earth and preserved in extra virgin olive oil, will excite the palate with an explosion of Mediterranean flavour.
