RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Our "Coratina" extra virgin organic oil best expresses its intense flavour when consumed raw. Ideal for seasoning rich salads, cooked vegetables, pasta and vegetable based dishes, such as the classic orecchiette with turnip greens, minestrone, legume soups and the traditional mashed beans and chicory. Excellent if combined with grilled meat and shellfish soups.
The extra virgin olive oil is kept at optimum quality for a maximum period of 18 months from bottling. Best stored in dry, unlit and cool environments (ambient temperature around 12 ° C / 18 ° C and in any case never higher than 20 ° C). Exposure to sunlight could accelerate the oxidation process and lead to the depletion of its intrinsic qualities.
