DESCRIPTION
A typical bulbous vegetable (i.e. Leopoldia comosa) of the Apulian region, characterized by its onion shape. Widely used in regional cuisine, when preserved in extra virgin olive oil they retain their pleasantly bitter taste and their fleshy consistency.
